My journey
For more than 15 years, I worked in the dynamic world of global live events as a Senior Producer and Project Director, leading teams to deliver high-profile experiences for major organisations and brands around the world.
Within that time, I worked in some of the most inspiring cities in the world - from my home city of Manchester to New York, Hong Kong and Sydney. I delivered projects for Google, Adidas, Salesforce, Manchester United, Kellogg’s, Diageo, Sodexo, AstraZeneca, National Grid and more - alongside leading agencies and global leadership teams. My role was to bring people together, shape powerful messages, and create experiences that truly landed with audiences.
I’ve also worked on high profile public events for the British Royal Family, and HH The Dalai Lama. All in a day’s work!
Along the way, I developed a deep understanding of high-performance environments - the pressure leaders face, the complexity of organisations, and the importance of communication, trust and alignment within teams.
But the real magic goes far beyond the project or the event.

In 2020, when the global events industry paused, I took the opportunity to reflect on how I wanted to use my experience going forward.
I realised that the work I loved most was helping people grow - supporting leaders, strengthening teams, and creating spaces where people could reconnect with their confidence and potential.
That insight led me to formally step into leadership development, combining my experience in content design, facilitation and coaching with my passion for personal and professional growth.
Today, I work with organisations that believe investing in their people is one of the most powerful drivers of long-term success.
