Hi, I’m Heather!

A trainer, facilitator, speaker and strategic consultant with over 15 years’ experience leading teams, delivering complex projects and supporting leaders around the world.

My work blends the strategic edge of high-performance consultancy with the human depth of leadership and professional development. 

I know from first hand experience that the best results happen when people feel empowered, connected, and clear on their purpose.

I do what I do because I’ve seen both sides: the brilliance of teams working in harmony, and the frustration when they don’t.
